Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@essentialhubuk.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may replace it for a refund within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 20 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@essentialhubuk.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement of the item.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-refundable, including sale items and gift cards. These items are marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
